Eating Disorders & Body Image Recovery
Struggles with food, eating, and body image can affect every part of life — emotional well-being, relationships, self-trust, and daily functioning. Whether you are living with a diagnosed eating disorder, chronic dieting, disordered eating patterns, or a painful relationship with your body, therapy can offer a place to begin healing.
I provide specialized therapy for individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. My work is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and respect for the complexity of each person’s experience.
I am a Certified Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS), with advanced training in the treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns. This certification reflects my commitment to providing care that is affirming, informed, and responsive to the many ways eating disorders can show up across identities, life stages, and lived experiences.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their relationship with food, body, identity, and self-worth. My approach is inclusive and compassionate, recognizing that eating disorders and disordered eating are not about food alone — they are often deeply connected to emotion, coping, trauma, control, stress, and social or cultural pressures.
Together, we work toward:
greater self-understanding
reduced shame around food and body
more flexibility and trust in eating
improved coping skills
healing from all-or-nothing thinking
a more compassionate relationship with yourself
